VP of Finance & HR
Stacy Scott is a true professional…and one that knows everyone in every business that ever was. Beyond her sunny personality and rock solid integrity it continues to astound us that Stacy can connect with every dot and every person that ever lived. Kevin Bacon has nothing on Stacy.
Crunching the numbers, forecasting for growth, finding and keeping our talented Modo’ers and playing a key role on the management team keeps this one busy, busy, busy! We swear she has an extra set of eyes because one set is always focused on the bottom line, but somehow she still manages to look out for everyone.
Less blah, blah, blah and more results.
With almost 20 years in the agency world, Stacy started on the Account Service side of the business, and then moved on to Media before taking up her true calling of Finance. A number-lover who spent four years traveling around the country helping over 30 agencies improved their processes and policies, Stacy brings a wealth of knowledge on how to make agencies—both big and small—work well. After sending her rolling suitcase to the big baggage claim in the sky, she rolled up her sleeves and spent eight years as VP of Finance & Operations at a 40-person agency in Atlanta before coming home to Modo Modo.
Always one to try new adventures, but a Southern California girl at heart, Stacy transferred from the University of California at San Diego to the University of Georgia to attend the Grady College of Journalism to follow her love for Advertising, but always thought she would return home to the beaches of California. Georgia was Always on Her Mind and in her heart after graduating from UGA and so she made the short move from Athens to Atlanta where she planted her roots.
Nonprofessional claim to fame:
Completed two marathons, two half-iron man triathlons, three half-marathons, one less than three months after the birth of her second child, and no, no one was chasing her!
